Dynamic Debut is out of Skipalong Sarah and by Rockin in the Dark bred at Ponderosa Paints in Bastrop Texas. His dam Sarah is bred to Fusion ( full brother to Impress to Obsess ) for an early 2010 foal. This is a nice gentleman’s farm and ranch property located just a few miles outside of Smithville Texas. The home is a single story 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a sunroom and large patio. Detached garage also has three car carport. This property is fully fenced. The soil is a sandy loam good for horses, etc. There is a large stock tank. The property is for sale ( 1/2010).
Nestled away in a corner of Caldwell County just a few miles from Rosanky there is a small farm and ranch community called Pine Gap. This is a gated community , said lightly, with a gate at the entry in to the community at FM 713. There are probably about 20 properties that range in size from 5 acres to 60+ acres. There is 60 acre property currently for sale (1/2010). It has a cute camp cabin on it that has telephone and electric service as well as septic. The water is a water catchment system. This is a wonderful rural retreat. Many times horses may not drink as much water as you would like them to if the water is super cold like we are experiencing here in Central Texas right now (1/2010). I learned a trick from an old horseman in Colorado, Virgil Lawson, who carried around peppermint oil in his ranch truck. When his water tanks were frozen he would break them open and add a few drops of the oil. This would entice the horses to drink even though it was cold. I have used it ever since. I buy organic oil. It lasts a long time. I just keep it in my spice drawer in the house. Try it, you might find it helpful. Keep me in mind if you are looking for horse properties in Central Texas. If I don’t have it listed, I will find it as your Buyer Representative! Deb Dahlberg Rowland 512-743-0516, the Horse Property Specialsit. There is a beautiful home on 25 acres in the Elgin Texas area for sale ( 1/2010) that has a lot to offer. A ten stall barn with living quarters and fly spray system, wash bay, hay barn, patures, run ins and arena! Oh yes, the house is really nice too! There is a Fly-in neighborhood in Blanco which is a gated community with horse facilities , guest facilites, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a runway. And there is a 25 acre tract of land currently for sale (1/2010) that has a hanger site on the runway! Wow, planes, horses, tennis, swimming all in the same area. Yesterday I previewed a beautiful ranch listing in the Red Rock area in Bastrop County Texas. I preview properties like this, that isn’t one of my listings, generally working as a Buyers Agent, and also to learn more about the local listing inventory. Located on a dead end gravel road this property offers privacy as well [...] If you are looking for a horse property in Texas consider looking at one of my listings in the Upton area of Smtihville that is listed for sale. It is approximately 7 miles from Smithville and 15 miles from Bastrop, 30-45 minutes from Austin, 2 hours to the coastline, Houston, or San Antonio. This property has the [...] |
