The subdivision has a nice  pool area that is shut down now for the winter and another really lovely park with pond which is especially pretty right now in it’s fall colors! Cedar Hills is the only subdivision that I know that has a  tree or two  right in the middle of the roads ( which by the way all  have speed bumps to keep traffic speeds very low in the area! ).

Copeland Hill is a dead end road that climbs up and away from the river valley of the Colorado where  there are a number of private ranches that are either summer retreats and second homes  or year round homes.  301 Copeland Hill is a large home offering 5 bedroom total with 4 in the main house and a guest suite off of the garage.  The home has a great room style living area with large breakfast bar in the kitchen and a seperate dining area .  Being a split floor plan the master suite connects to a sitting room that does/can count as a seperate bedroom.  There is a large flex room with it’s own full bath upstairs that had endless possibilities.
