I believe in providing as much information to the Buying public as possible and I use virtual tours and lots of relevant pictures of each listing to help market it to targeted Buyers. An example would be pictures of the barn and horse set up on developed horse properties or pictures of the interior of a large shop or craft room for hobbyists.

One of the newest ways to share information in this eco friendly day and age is to make your listing information available via text messaging.
Interested Buyers can text a code that is displayed at my listings on a specific rider which gives them the information and photos on the property and a link to my website immediately.
Test out this service to see what interested Buyers get by texting the message “sky” to the number 88000 Standard rates apply, we do not charge for it.
For those more rural properties I have individual numbers assigned to specific properties that give that specific information when the number is sent via tex.

For those people who are not yet using smart phones they can still drive by and pick up flyer information at the listing as well.
For each listing at the brokerage level there is an individual blog created and published on the brokerage website.

It is a fact that approximately eighty percent of the time properties are sold through participation of Buyers Agents and to help get their attention I publish an Eflyer for each of my listings specifically to them and I also submit the lisitng information to other real estate related websites including Google, Trulia, Zillow, Craig’s List, Bing, Yahoo, MSN and many more Real Estate focused sites.
Open houses can be effective in residential neighborhood. In some cases holding an open house can be challenging if the property is a little more rural in nature but I have developed some cross marketing techniques to bring attention to rural properties.
