Information About Cedar Creek

The community of Cedar Creek originated along the banks of the creek it got it’s name from which runs from Caldwell County through Bastrop County parallel to Highway 21 until the creek joins up with the Colorado River by Smithville.

Cedar Creek is home to a zoo and a Dinasuar Park as well as the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort.  If you are a hiking enthusiast or love to spend the day riding your horse there is an LRCA park – McKinney Roughes with great trails for both hiking and horse back riding.
