Cutting horse facility and cattle ranch in Bastrop County

This is a very nice cutting horse facility and what I consider to be a  developed horse property in Bastrop County that belonged to our dear friends.  I produced this video while it was on the market.  Highlights of the property were the rolling pastures that were fenced and cross fenced with improved coastal grasses, two large stock tanks, a large horse barn with indoor wash bay ( hot and cold water!), large climate controlled tack room, and tools and feed storage buildings.  The home was an older two story that had the potential for four bedrooms with two baths but was being used as a two bedroom two bath.  Although this property is no longer available there are others!  If you are looking for something similar to this in and around the Austin Texas area please contact me directly.  I would love to help you find just the right property.
