This is a very nice cutting horse facility and what I consider to be a developed horse property in Bastrop County that belonged to our dear friends. I produced this video while it was on the market. Highlights of the property were the rolling pastures that were fenced and cross fenced with improved coastal grasses, two large stock tanks, a large horse barn with indoor wash bay ( hot and cold water!), large climate controlled tack room, and tools and feed storage buildings. The home was an older two story that had the potential for four bedrooms with two baths but was being used as a two bedroom two bath. Although this property is no longer available there are others! What a nice property! And with the ponds on the property it is a plus! In Colorado if we had ponds like that the listing price would reflect it. Water is a definite advantage.
You aren’t kidding. We were fortunate enough to have a big water catchment pond at our place in Red Creek Ranch. With all the rain here it is much more common!
