Part of my job specializing in horse properties in the greater Austin area is to get out and preview properties that are currently for sale that are not one of my listings.  By previewing other listings I become familiar with as many horse properties as I can.  This comes in handy when I am contacted by Buyers moving to the area with horses!  It also comes in handy when I am working with Sellers helping them price their property appropriately to meet their real estate goal.

A recent preview

I recently previewed this professional horse facility for sale  located south of Austin.  The property offers a nice older custom home with lots of upgrades that looks out over the facility.  Originally this facility was built for race horse training but is not “in use” at this time. it would make a great training/breeding facility for any disciple. Due to it’s location I do not think it will lend itself to a boarding facility.

What this professional horse facility offers

  •  The home is a great mature home with a very solid feel, it has a big  open floor plan with spacious kitchen and dining area.  The master is ample and there are a number of other bedrooms as well as a guest set up.
