Horse friendly properties can be vacant land or land and home.  Components that make properties horse friendly are that the area  allow horses, may have nice pasture, a fenced area that could be appropriate for horses, and good soils such as sandy loam that offers good drainage in wet seasons and lends itself towards becoming a “developed horse property” with the addition of barns, arenas, etc.
