			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Located just a couple of miles outside of  Giddings Texas on Highway 290 headed towards Houston you will find the little burb of Ledbetter in Fayette County.  Just past Ledbetter on the left is a country road called  Raymond Lehmann.  If you turn down that road and travel less than a quarter of a mile you will come to the gated entry of my new<a href="http://www.idxre.com/idx/listingsMap.cfm?cid=37583&amp;hid=54930&amp;lstp=hotSheets&amp;CFID=22551013&amp;CFTOKEN=31030460" target="_blank"> lease listing at 591 Raymond Lehmann.</a></p>
