This is a small – 20 parcel – subdivision that is the vision of Architect, Developer and Builder David E. Martin. Martin has incorporated lots of eco friendly and green features into the model home and plans for the custom builds that includes solar power, a water catchment system for non potable water collection, solar and thermal mass heating, air circulation system combined with energy efficient heat and cooling system, as well as energy efficient appliance The home is manufactured with SIPS panels. Other features are Low E products used in construction, and concrete floors and counter tops.
